What are The CPI Acquisition Agreements

The CPI Acquisition Agreements Set is a set of Merger and Acquisition agreements that can be used for almost any situation. It includes 10 Stock Purchase Agreements and 19 Asset Purchase Agreements covering a variety of deals.
